Most programs for reading email allow you to use simple Filter Rules which will automatically identify messages from our discussion list and move them out of your Inbox and into a separate mail folder when email is fetched.
This will make it easier to view just C320-List email messages without cluttering up your inbox.

When you subscribe to the C320-List, you will need to provide an email address and choose a password to allow you to make changes to your email subscription in the future. If you forget your password,

| Subscribe | You must REPLY to the confirmation email that the C320-List server sends you. |
| Unsubscribe | Log in with email address and your C320-List password. Then click the Unsubscribe button. |
| Recover Lost Password | Enter your email address in the Email Address box, leave the password blank and press the Remind button. You should receive an email with login information within a few minutes. Don't forget to check your Junk email folder, as it might be in there! |
| Change Delivery Preferences | Log in with email address and your C320-List password. Scroll down and change any Mail Delivery Options |
| Suspend Email Delivery | Log in with email address and your C320-List password. Scroll down and choose Disable for the Mail Delivery Option |
| Change Email Address | Log in with email address and your C320-List password. Enter your new email address in each of the two type-in boxes New address and Again to confirm, then press the Change My Address and Name button. |
After logging in to the list preferences page using your email address and password, you can alter the settings that affect your email subscription. At the top of the page after loggin in, you'll see the area that allows you to change your c320-list login password, email address, your name as it's displayed on the list's email.
